A little about "non-Homeowner's" Insurance
Not all of our customers live in a house on a block with lots of other houses. We have coverages that suit their needs, as well. Our modified homeowner's coverage is adjusted to suit the varying needs of our changing society.
ALL the coverages listed below can be "cut and pasted" to suit your particular needs. That "rubber stamp" process does not apply to the Paul Clay Agency.
Renter's Insurance
A homeowner's style liability coverage for injury, etc. along with personal property protection required by renters.
Condominium Insurance
Again, a modified homeowner policy, but this one covers assessed damages as well as liability and property.
Mobile Home Homeowner's
This coverage is specifically designed to protect the mobile home owner from particular losses that sometimes are unique to this style of home.
